Regional HoReCa Manager, Constanta

To lead and grow within the HoReCa channel, JTI seeks a Regional HoReCa Manager in Constanta, Romania, to support national strategy implementation and drive sustainable growth and development of partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional HoReCa strategy, aligned with national objectives.
• Analyze and evaluate regional HoReCa portfolio, identifying new trends, opportunities, and growth areas.
• Maintain relationships with HoReCa partners, ensuring contract fulfillment and marketing program execution.
• Oversee and motivate regional HoReCa team, ensuring effective planning, organization, and performance management.
• Conduct regular visits to HoReCa venues, ensuring contract compliance and identifying opportunities for new partnerships.
• Monitor and report on regional HoReCa budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with broader company goals and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing/HoReCa.
• Minimum 2 years of team management experience.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Excellent team management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Availability for business travel.
• Driving license.
