To follow our vision and strategy, we’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our freight forwarding team.
Requirements and skills:
Bachelor's degree.
A proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
A solid understanding of freight forwarding operations, services, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
Demonstrated experience in leadership, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales and marketing tools.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including prospecting and lead generation.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Leading sales presentations and negotiations, ensuring successful transaction closures.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings and efficiently respond to customer requirements.
Staying informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Overseeing marketing campaigns and initiatives, including digital marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
Analyzing sales and marketing data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Providing leadership and guidance to the sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
