We are looking for a Financial Client Services Specialist with German, for one of our partners in Brașov, a global supplier of innovative technical textiles for a broad range of markets and applications such as apparel, automotive, building interiors, building materials, healthcare, energy, filter media, shoe and leather goods as well as specialties.
 
Responsibilities:

Invoicing and complaint processing;
Maintenance of the relevant master data (vendors, debitors, materials, etc.) according to the process specifications for all corporate entities;
Creation of periodic collective receipts and dispatch to customers / carrier;
Processing of incoming customer-specific receipts & carrier certificates;
Monitoring, ensuring completeness and dunning process for the missing receipts;
Support for ongoing process optimization.


Qualifications:

Completed commercial, economical or business administration studies;
Professional experience in the field of accounting would be an advantage;
User knowledge in the field of SAP (SD, FI, MM) would be an advantage;
Knowledge of MS Office;
Good knowledge of written and spoken German, knowledge of English;
Analytical Thinking;
Accuracy and sustainability in the execution of tasks;
Customer orientation.
