Responsible for achieving customer satisfaction regarding the quality of delivered products and provides monthly information to the management and within the organization;
Responsible for taking actions following customer ratings to improve scorecards. It involves the negotiation of NCEs and rejected parts, coordination of visits from/to the client, audits etc.;
Develops professional relationships with customers
Coordinates returning activities of the reclaimed products sequence/warranty;
Coordinates sorting/correction activities at customer
Moderates the team involved in fault analyzing.
And if you have:
University degree (Technical profile is an advantage)
Extensive experience in quality and production area
Fluent English knowledge
Microsoft Office skills
Analytical thinking and technical orientation
Ability to make decision, good communication skills
