Suntem pionierii serviciilor SSM in Romania cu experienta de peste 12 ani, timp in care am deservit peste 1000 de companii la nivel national.
Am reusit sa ne mentinem in topul Serviciilor Externe de Prevenire si Protectie, deservind peste 80% din industriile complexe din Romania.
Ne remarcam in piata prin faptul ca peste 95% din clienti pastreaza colaborarea cu firma noastra pe termen lung si lunar adaugam noi clienti in portofoliu.
Calitatea serviciilor oferite in piata, ne-a ajutat sa devenim cunoscuti la nivel national de catre institutiile de control ca etalon in aplicarea prevederilor legale. Tocmai de aceea, in ultimii 7 ani am reusit sa mentim o rata de succes de 100% in avizarea cercetarilor de eveniment fara sanctiuni contraventionale sau penale.
In ultimii 6 ani am dezvoltat un sistem automatizat care reduce cu peste 50% timpul de executie si nivelul de complexitate in realizarea documentelor specifice. 
Obiectivul nostru este sa deservim local cele 41 de judete din Romania. De asemenea, ne vom consolida pozitia in piata in urmatorii 5 ani, prin extindere internationala in 2 tari din Europa.

RESPONSABILITATILE JOBULUI:


Intocmirea si postarea de anunturi de angajare pentru posturile vacante in diferite platforme;
Evaluarea CV-urilor aplicantilor;
Trierea candidatilor si programarea pentru interviu; 
Mentinerea managementului cursantilor din cadrul cursurilor de dezvoltare profesionala;
Intocmirea documentelor administrative din cadrul programului de curs si mentinerea relatiei cu ANC;
Gestionarea modulului de HR si intocmirea de noi documente de personal;
Acordarea de suport in procesul de recuperare creante;
Activitati administrative.
