Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Division Manager to spearhead the development of our Scaffolding and Formwork division. This role offers a unique opportunity to establish and grow your own department within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of engineering expertise, proficiency in AutoCAD, a strong sales background, and hands-on experience with scaffolding systems, particularly Layher. The Division Manager will be responsible for client acquisition, solution offering, team recruitment, and overall departmental success.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Identify and engage potential clients in the construction and events industries.
Understand client requirements and propose tailored scaffolding and formwork solutions, focusing on Layher systems, and exploring stages and formwork systems as secondary offerings (Doka, Noe Top, Eurotruss, Nivtec and others)
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Technical Expertise:

Utilize AutoCAD and other relevant tools to create detailed scaffolding and formwork designs.
Apply engineering knowledge to assess project requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
Stay updated with industry trends and product advancements.

Sales and Business Development:

Leverage your sales background to drive revenue growth for the division.
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the client base and increase market share.
Negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, and close deals to achieve sales targets.



Team Recruitment and Management:

Recruit, train, and manage a mounting team, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and deliver high-quality services.
Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment, encouraging professional growth and development.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience with scaffolding systems, specifically Layher. Familiarity with stages and formwork systems is a plus. (Doka, Noe Top, Eurotruss, Nivtec and others)
Proficiency in AutoCAD, with the ability to create detailed and accurate designs.
Strong sales background, preferably in a rental/selling company offering scaffolding solutions.
Excellent communication skills in Romanian and English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently, showing initiative and creativity in solving problems.
Valid driver's license
