We are seeking a Campaign Management & Reporting Specialist to join one of our clients, world leader in automation production.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain nurture campaigns through marketing automation (Marketo) and retargeting to convert leads to prospects Sales Org.
Create and associate Marketo programs with SFDC campaigns for bidirectional members’ sync.
Manage campaign preparation and execution and its timeline.
Manage streamlined campaign management processes.
Connects disparate information (data from different sources, processes, people, etc.) and coordinates with marketing automation performance analysis.
Develops standardized metrics and visual dashboards to measure the entire Demand Generation funnel (waterfall).
Reporting on the success of the integrated modern marketing platforms (social, media, 3rd party syndication).
Support businesses to generate new leads by leveraging a variety of online marketing channels and strategies.
Develop and manage a testing strategy to continuously optimize emails, forms and complete campaigns.
Add and process all lists into market DB, ensure that data normalization and email validation took place.
Support Marketing Campaign Owner by developing new and modify existing campaign websites, landing pages.


Requirements

BA/BS (or equivalent) in Marketing, Marketing Communication and/or IT.
3-5 years B2B marketing and demand generation experience.
Focused on inbound, digital, social media and email marketing.
Certification in Marketo, Google Analytics / Google Adwords or SFDC is a plus.
Experienced in Demand Generation activities and Campaigns results outcome.
Experience with Marketo Automation.
HTML, CSS and JS knowledge to operate on campaign assets.
Experience with data visualization software (strong Excel or Tableau experience preferred).
Some experience with machine learning tools like Alteryx, R, Python and SPSS.
Some experience with other business tools like SAP, HANA.
Strong data evaluation skills.
Good problem solving skills.
Takes ownership of the result.
Creative mind with the ability to think outside-of-the-box.
