Junior Compliance Officer
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Compliance Officer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in the field of compliance and regulatory affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting documents specific to the company's product and service promotion activitiesDrafting the business correspondence required for day-to-day businessPreparation of license or authorization files for submission to the authorityEnsuring the transmission of documents by post, courier, fax, e-mailDrafting of documents and reports required by managementDrafting new procedures and revise existing ones to align with industry best practices and company standardsEnsuring all procedures are well-structured, logically organized, and comply with relevant regulations and guidelinesUpdating the document databaseFull and timely transmission of informationDisseminates the information received from the management to the concerned personsMaintaining the confidentiality of data to which access is grantedTaking the necessary steps to optimise data collection activitiesEnsuring compliance with and implementation of policies and procedures for the Responsible Gaming ProgramInvolving in resolving crisis situationsWork in areas such as international gambling licenses and legislation, GDPR and national data privacy regulationsUnderstands, monitor, and examine all developments in the business regulatory environmentReads and interprets new national legal acts applicable to the company's activitiesSupport regulatory, audit and similar inspectionsTake full responsibility of the compliance function for the enterprise and stay on top of all changes and potentially damaging changes, as they co
Qualifications:
University studies1+ years of experience in gambling would be an advantageA proactive person, looking for solutions and growth opportunitiesExcellent communication skills, both spoken and written in Romanian and EnglishEfficient time management, prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environmentAbility to focus on multitasking and to meet deadlinesAbility to get first constructive feedback from the teamResults-orientedAttention to detail and ability to present information in a clear and concise mannerThe pleasure to acquire new information and a good resistance to stressGood PC skills: MS Office, WORD, EXCEL, internet navigation
