The successful candidate will provide legal advice, handle cases, and manage client relationships to support our firm’s objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Advise and represent clients in matters related to immigration and real estate law.

• Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, deeds, and immigration applications.

• Navigate complex legal frameworks and ensure compliance with Romanian law.

• Represent clients in negotiations and dispute resolutions.

• Stay updated with changes in law and advise clients on potential impacts.

• Liaise with local authorities and other legal professionals to effectively manage client cases.

• Conduct legal research and provide actionable insights.

• Maintain client confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:

• Law degree from a recognized university.

• Licensed to practice law in Romania.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in immigration and real estate law.

• Strong understanding of Romanian legal procedures and regulations.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Fluent in Romanian and English; additional language skills are a plus.

• Proven ability to handle multiple cases with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
