Your responsibilities:
•Participate to Plant Management Meetings and elaborate the Meeting Minutes and Action Plans according with the meeting’s discussions.
•Assure office management activities for General Management Department (purchase of stationary, protocol).
•Perform protocol activities such as: coffee for visitors, for management team and other based on specific occasions, etc.
•Monitor all the changes related to company's KPI's and updates Plant Profile. 
•Prepares necessary reports requested by Management. 
•Prepare in Coupa (SAP) orders for Protocol.

Your profile:
•English advanced both writing and speaking.
•Conscientious about timeliness of assignments and quality of work
•Microsoft office advanced user (mainly MS Excel)
•Knowledge of SAP (Coupa) would be an advantage
•University degree.
