Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
