Requirements

very good English language skills; other foreign languages are a plus;
relevant experience in a similar position in a hotel;
good knowledge of the Opera hotel management system and other office computer applications;
good communication skills, calm and professional attitude;
orientation towards customer service; friendly personality, good hospitality skills;
telephone etiquette skills.
