Company Description Agenzia Montebelluna Romania is the Romanian branch of the Generali Italia Agency in Montebelluna, providing technical and professional support in the insurance sector. The company has expanded its activities in Romania through its collaboration with RENOMIA ROMANIA Insurance Reinsurance Broker, becoming part of an international broker network and broadening its expertise and insurance solutions across the local market. Montebelluna Romania supports corporate clients by simplifying insurance processes and developing tailored insurance programmes for both national and multinational companies, based on their specific risk profiles. Working with international professional teams, the company carries out detailed risk assessments to help management understand, manage and effectively transfer risks. Following a comprehensive assessment, Montebelluna Romania assists clients in identifying and implementing appropriate insurance solutions and products. Role Description The Corporate Insurance Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Timişoara, with regular travel to corporate clients across the Western region of Romania. The consultant advises corporate clients on insurance solutions, conducts risk assessments, and develops tailored insurance programmes aligned with each company’s specific risk exposures.

Key responsibilities
include analysing client portfolios, reviewing policy terms and conditions, preparing insurance proposals and reports, and coordinating with insurers and brokers to identify and place suitable insurance solutions. The consultant is also responsible for managing ongoing client relationships, responding to client enquiries, and providing support and guidance throughout the claims process, ensuring a high standard of service. The role involves close collaboration with internal and external professionals, as well as staying up to date with insurance market developments, available products and relevant regulatory requirements. Qualifications
- Knowledge of insurance products and corporate risk management, with the ability to understand and develop tailored insurance solutions.
- Experience in corporate insurance, insurance brokerage, risk consulting, or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a practical and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to understand the financial impact of risk transfer, including basic budgeting and cost-benefit considerations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly to clients and business partners.
- Strong client relationship management skills, with a focus on responsiveness, reliability, and long-term collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of Italian and/or English is considered an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Timişoara and travel to clients across the Western region of Romania.
- Good command of standard office software, with confidence in working with data and documentation.
- Professional integrity, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach.
