Pega CSSA Consultant

We are looking for a Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) to join our Integration & Platform Engineering team. The successful candidate will design, develop, test, and maintain integration solutions on the Pega platform, collaborating with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable services. This role requires ownership of integrations throughout the entire delivery lifecycle and a strong focus on quality, continuous improvement, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using the Pega platform.
- Own assigned integrations from analysis through production deployment.
- Participate in technical and functional design discussions.
- Support UAT activities and troubleshoot defects.
- Monitor integrations, interfaces, logs, and system events.
- Maintain and enhance existing services and platform configurations.
- Apply DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automation, and version control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support knowledge sharing initiatives. Required- 2-4 years of experience working with the Pega platform.
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.
- Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs.
- Experience with SQL/PLSQL and data modeling concepts.
- Familiarity with XML technologies (XSD, XSLT, XQuery, XPath).
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
- English proficiency (B2 level or higher). Preferred- Experience with DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, Git, automated testing).
- Experience using GenAI tools for documentation and development support.
- Knowledge of Pega integration capabilities such as Connect REST/SOAP, Data Pages, and Services. Professional Skills- Strong ownership and accountability.
