Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, order preparation and deliveries
• Lead and organize the team (15–20 people): assign tasks, monitor performance and make decisions on the spot
• Manage locations and stock in the WMS and organize periodic inventory counts
• Make sure stores are supplied on time and in the right quantities
• Play an active role in implementing the new WMS as the warehouse's key person: testing, training the team, adapting workflows
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and fire safety rules
• Report regularly to management on stock levels and warehouse activity Mandatory

requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience coordinating a warehouse with a team under your supervision (ideally 15–20 people)
• Hands-on experience working in a WMS: receiving, picking, inventory counts, location management
• Good Excel skills (filters, pivot tables, common formulas)
• Rigor, strong organization and authority with the team
• Ability to make decisions independently on the floor, without waiting for instructions at every step A strong advantage:
• Having taken part in a WMS implementation, even as a key user on the warehouse side Nice to have:
• Experience in retail, FMCG or distribution
• University degree
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping/primary accounting documents
