Electrical Site Chief | Major Healthcare Project 📍 Bucharest, Romania | On-site Ready to take your electrical engineering career to the next level? We are looking for an experienced Electrical Site Chief to join our team in Bucharest and play an important role in the delivery of the major and technically challenging healthcare construction projects. As an Electrical Works Chief, you will be actively involved in the coordination and execution of electrical works, working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, subcontractors and project management. You will:
• Coordinate and supervise electrical installation works on site;
• Review drawings, technical documentation, material submittals and method statements;
• Monitor execution quality, progress and compliance with project requirements;
• Coordinate subcontractors and support the resolution of technical and site-related challenges;
• Work closely with Mechanical, ELV, Civil, Architectural and Medical Equipment teams;
• Participate in technical meetings, site inspections and progress evaluations;
• Support testing, commissioning, snagging and final handover activities;
• Contribute practical engineering solutions throughout the construction process. What Will Help You Succeed:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field;
• Solid experience with electrical installations in construction projects;
• Strong knowledge of LV systems, power distribution, lighting, emergency systems, grounding and lightning protection;
• Good understanding of testing and commissioning activities;
• Ability to confidently read and review technical drawings and specifications;
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and site activities;
• Experience in large-scale or technically complex projects;
• Hospital or healthcare construction experience is a strong advantage;
• Good command of English language and Romanian native speaker;
• A proactive approach, strong technical judgment and the ability to find solutions in a dynamic site environment. Why CCN? This is not just another engineering position.
