We are looking for We are seeking an experienced SW Engineer to join an RTOS development team working on AUTOSAR and non-AUTOSAR real-time operating systems and hypervisor solutions. In this role, you will develop embedded software for automotive and other safety-critical applications, working across multiple architectures and toolchains. What you will do:
• Developing and maintaining RTOS solutions based on AUTOSAR and non-AUTOSAR technologies such as FreeRTOS and Zephyr.
• Designing and implementing embedded real-time software components using C and Assembly.
• Developing software for ARM Cortex-A, Cortex-M, and Cortex-R52 architectures.
• Working with different embedded toolchains, including GCC, IAR, GHS, and DIAB.
• Debugging complex issues on embedded targets and analyzing low-level system behavior.
• Collaborating with local and international engineering teams to define technical solutions, estimate effort, and track progress.
• Contributing to product development through hands-on implementation rather than integration-only activities. What you need to have:
• Strong programming experience in ANSI C.
• Practical experience with Assembly language in embedded software development, debugging, or low-level optimization.
• Solid understanding of CPU/computer architecture and low-level system concepts.
• Hands-on experience with RTOS development, including AUTOSAR-based or non-AUTOSAR systems such as FreeRTOS, Zephyr, or similar.
• Experience with embedded debugging and low-level software analysis.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work across multiple software layers.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken. Nice-to-have

qualifications:
• Knowledge or experience with real-time hypervisors.
• Experience with multiple embedded architectures and toolchains.
• Familiarity with automotive embedded software development and AUTOSAR.
