We are looking for an organized, proactive, and customer-focused professional with experience in road freight operations to coordinate shipments and ensure efficient, high-quality service. Responsibilities
- Coordinate road freight operations, including transport requests, collections, and deliveries.
- Request and compare freight rates, coordinating with carriers and logistics partners.
- Prepare transport documentation and monitor shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
- Identify and resolve operational issues, keeping customers and internal teams informed.
- Monitor delivery performance and ensure compliance with agreed service levels.
- Maintain accurate operational records and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality. Requirements
- Background in Logistics, Transportation, International Trade, or a related field.
- Previous experience in road freight operations or a similar logistics role.
- Knowledge of transport coordination, carrier management, and shipment tracking.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, customer-focused approach and ability to manage multiple tasks.
