• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors EC.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC
• Experience with configuration and support activities within EC
• Understanding of core HR processes and organizational management concepts.
• Experience participating in implementation, rollout, or enhancement projects.
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency required.
