We are looking for an exceptional MLOps Engineer to work with our cross-functional team and join our world-class community of talented experts in Romania. Main

responsibilities:
• Design, deploy, and maintain ML model pipelines in production environments.
• Collaborate with Ingka MLOps teams to support model operationalisation and platform improvements.
• Automate model deployment, monitoring, scaling, and retraining processes.
• Support cloud infrastructure, GPU utilisation, and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning workloads.
• Monitor model performance, reliability, and operational health.
• Improve observability, logging, security, and governance of ML solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimise ML infrastructure efficiency.
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and platform teams to accelerate AI initiatives.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in software, cloud, DevOps, data, or ML engineering, including 2+ years working with production ML/MLOps environments.
• Strong hands-on experience designing, deploying, and maintaining end-to-end ML pipelines in production.
• Experience operationalising machine learning models, including:
• Model packaging and deployment
• Model versioning
• Automated retraining
• Model monitoring
• Rollback and lifecycle management
• Strong experience with CI/CD for ML workloads, using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or equivalent. Cognizant Romania Employee
