AI Automation Specialist | Fully Remote About Samako 💙 At Samako, we believe a clean home creates a clear mind. As we scale toward a €100M+ brand, we’re focused on building smarter systems, increasing efficiency, and becoming an AI-first company. The Role As our AI Automation Specialist, you’ll identify high-impact AI opportunities across the business and turn them into reliable, scalable automations. From marketing and operations to finance and customer support, you’ll eliminate repetitive work, boost productivity, and help us scale without unnecessarily growing headcount. This is a hands-on, full-time, fully remote role with real ownership from day one.

What You'll Do
• Identify and prioritise high-impact AI automation opportunities across teams.
• Build, implement, and maintain AI-powered workflows and end-to-end automations.
• Integrate AI tools, APIs, and company data into reliable, scalable systems.
• Reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and measure the impact of your solutions.
• Continuously explore new AI tools and approaches to help Samako scale smarter. What We're Looking For
• Proven experience building and owning AI workflows and automations in a real business environment.
• Strong coding skills, including Python and APIs; we need robust solutions, not just no-code experiments.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Experience with RAG and agent frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph is a plus.
• An analytical, proactive, and ownership-driven mindset, with a focus on measurable results.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work independently.
