Who we are looking for
We are looking for a passionate, client-focused Learning Management System Consultant to join our Learning Technology (LTech) team. You will help clients transform learning operations by designing, configuring, implementing, and improving Learning systems that are scalable, intuitive, and aligned with business and learner needs.
In this role, you will combine learning-process knowledge, platform configuration skills, and strong stakeholder engagement. You will contribute across the implementation lifecycle, from discovery and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, enablement, and post-go-live support.
Required
• Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, administering, or supporting Learning Management Systems, or comparable cloud-based LMS solutions.
• Good understanding of learning administration and LMS processes, including catalogs, curricula, sessions and events, enrollments, assignments, transcripts, certifications, and compliance learning.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into clear, scalable functional configurations and documentation.
• Experience supporting implementation projects, enhancements, rollouts, or application-management engagements.
• Understanding of organizational units, user and group structures, assignment profiles, security roles, permissions, and constraints.
• Experience preparing and executing functional testing, supporting UAT, documenting defects, and validating fixes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to facilitate client workshops, product demonstrations, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate in multicultural, distributed teams.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Nice to have
• Cornerstone Certified Professional or equivalent learning-platform certification.
• Experience with Cornerstone Learn+, Learning Experience, Extended Enterprise, Content Studio, or related talent modules.
• Experience with learning content standards and ecosystems, including SCORM, AICC, xAPI, external content providers, and content connectors.
• Knowledge of inbound data feeds, data migration, user and organizational data, learning-history loads, and reconciliation.
• Understanding of SSO, SAML 2.0, APIs, SFTP, HRIS integrations, and identity-management concepts.
• Experience with reporting, dashboards, learning analytics, compliance reporting, or custom report design.
• Experience with learning governance, administrator operating models, release management, change management, and user adoption.
• Agile project experience and exposure to international learning-transformation programs. What will help you succeed
• Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.
• Passion for learning technology and digital transformation.
• A client-oriented mindset focused on measurable value.
• Proactive ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
• A collaborative, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach. Your future role
• Participate in end-to-end Cornerstone Learn implementations, enhancements, rollouts, and post-go-live support or equivalent systems.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and analyze learning, compliance, administrative, and reporting requirements.
• Translate requirements into solution designs, configuration workbooks, user stories, process flows, and fit-gap decisions.
• Configure organizational units, users, groups, assignment profiles, security roles and permissions, learning objects, catalogs, curricula, sessions, enrollments, waitlists, certifications, and learning assignments.
• Support learning-content setup, metadata standards, catalog governance, approval workflows, and external content integrations.
• Configure learner and administrator experiences that support search, discovery, registration, assignment, tracking, and completion.
• Prepare configuration demonstrations and guide clients through design validation and decision-making.
• Create test scenarios and scripts; support SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and release validation.
• Assist with user, organization, catalog, and learning-history data migration, including mapping, validation, reconciliation, and data-quality checks.
• Collaborate with technical colleagues on SSO, HRIS feeds, APIs, connectors, file-based integrations, notifications, and reporting requirements.
• Develop administrator guides, training materials, and knowledge-transfer sessions to support client enablement and adoption.
• Provide recommendations on learning governance, process optimization, platform usability, and sustainable administration.
• Build trusted client relationships and serve as a reliable advisor in your area of expertise.
• Stay current with Cornerstone releases and evolving learning-technology capabilities, and share knowledge with the LTech team.
