Key Responsibilities

• Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution: Remove operational bottlenecks, mediate team disagreements, and maintain a positive, high-morale work environment.
• Performance Monitoring: Review team metrics, report on progress to leadership, and implement practical process improvements. Required Qualifications & Skills
•
Experience:

• Organization: Proven time-management, task-delegation, and prioritization abilities.
• Technical & Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with productivity tools, spreadsheets (e.g., MS Excel), and project management software.
•
Education:
High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is a plus. Join Natus Sensory today. Confidence in every Sense.
We offer
• The role is 100% work-from-home remote position in Romania.
• Minimal travelling: less than 5%
• Collaborative and international environment with different cultures.
