If you want a hands-on opportunity to advance flight for future generations, this is the team for you.Job DescriptionResponsibilities: Precision Measurement: Utilize advanced measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, special purpose gauges, and scales to generate and verify part dimensions throughout the machining processQuality Assurance: Achieve and maintain all required tolerances and finishes, producing top-quality parts efficiently and in compliance with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality standardsAttention to Detail: Maintain continuous visual concentration to develop and uphold precise tolerances, ensuring all characteristics generated at designated operations conform through applicable inspection techniquesEquipment Setup and Operation: Perform setup and operation of equipment according to drawings, method sheets, and occasionally supplement this information with your own job knowledgePreventive Maintenance: Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates smoothly and efficientlyTraining and Mentorship: Temporarily train operators on equipment usage, sharing your expertise and knowledgeHousekeeping: Maintain an orderly work area, exercising care in the use of facilities and materials, and uphold good housekeeping practicesSafety and Compliance: Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety requirements, and actively participate in a team-based environment, including daily team meetings and activities.Tool Utilization: Use all necessary tools, jigs, fixtures, and gauges to perform operations effectivelySafety Procedures: Follow safety procedures and utilize proper PPE and safety equipment at all timesRequirements: Proven experience in a similar CNC Machine Operator role.Familiarity with Siemens or Fanuc operating systems.Join us and be part of a team that values precision, quality, and continuous improvement.
