You will collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Data Administration, and other teams to support processes for effective data analysis, and reporting using technologies such as Microsoft SQL, Power BI, Python, and REST APIs. If this sounds like a great opportunity for your professional growth, join us at Emerson In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Collaborate with the business to understand data & reporting requirements through meetings and discussionsDevelop and maintain PowerBI/SSRS reports and dashboardsDevelop SQL queries and stored procedures to extract and load data into MS SQL databaseDevelop Python code to automate data import from REST API and other servicesWork with the business to test, trial, model, and implement relevant emerging data-related technologies that help drive business improvement and growthSupport the automation of manual data processingProvide the access security roles and assignmentsMaintain and administer existing applications (SQL Monitor; backend: Microsoft SQL)Perform data quality reviews and manage required corrective actions to solve the data quality issuesOffer support and operational activities through the internal Ticketing platformSupport and optimize existing data interfaces between different tools and ensure the execution of the procedures Who You Are: You are detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about data.
