Candidatul pe care îl căutăm dorim să aibă:

  • Experiență de cel puțin 3 ani în domeniul comerțului cu amănuntul si de cel puțin 1 an ca șef magazin;
  • Pasiune pentru frumusețe cu o abordare foarte comercială a vânzărilor, a produselor, a mărfurilor;
  • Abilitate de a lucra sub presiune și de a respecta termene limită;
  • Abilitate de a planifica, organiza și prioritiza munca;
  • Abilitate de a lua decizii și de a rezolva probleme;
  • Experiență în gestionarea și supravegherea persoanelor;
  • Rezultate demonstrabile;
  • Atitudine pozitivă;
  • Comunicare excelentă (scrisă și verbală) și abilități interpersonale;
  • Spirit de echipă;
  • Atitudine proactivă.

Responsabilități:

  • Supravegheaza și organizeaza magazinul;
  • Garanteaza menținerea unor standarde înalte de experiență a clienților în cadrul magazinului, în conformitate cu standardele de servicii ale companiei;
  • Analizeaza tendințele, analizeze și reacționeze la principalii indicatori de performanță;
  • Conduce și motiveaza echipa pentru realizarea și depășirea obiectivelor;
  • Recruteaza, instruieste, îndruma, supravegheaza și evalueaza echipa magazinului;
  • Implementeaza standardele Visual Merchandising & Marketing;
  • Gestioneaza nivelul stocului în magazin utilizând sistemul de comandă;
  • Se conformeaza tuturor procedurilor operaționale.
