 – a Czech fintech scale-up with European ambitions that develops its own platform connecting merchants with banks and their clients. We operate in eight markets and are preparing to launch in others. If you've heard of BCR's "Moneyback", UniCredit's ShopSmart, or BRD's Cashback program, that's us. We help banks and merchants work smart with card transaction data.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of work experience with data analysis and should be proficient in:

• SQL
  (PostgreSQL) - scripting and custom functions, code optimization.
• Power BI
  (or another reporting tool) - report creation and preparation of underlying data in the database.
• English
   at a communicative level ( you will communicate with people from the Czech Republic and other European countries)
• Nice to have:
• Knowledge of statistics
• Python.
• In addition to hard skills, we expect you to tend to implement and improve processes, not be afraid to try new things, search/Google for solutions to problems, and maintain and create order in systems and code.

What can you expect?

• Targeting advertising campaigns,
• Working on reporting (Power BI),
• Ad-hoc analyses,
• Automation so that we don't have to deal with routine tasks manually, but can focus on development, analytics, and non-standard tasks.
• Communicating with sales representatives and campaign clients.
• You will be involved in business intelligence across the entire spectrum from data to business: from programming in SQL to searching for insights and business arguments.

Who will you be working with?

Locally:
 with the Romanian business team

Internationally
: Mainly with Jan Kočvara, our BI leader, and other members of the data team in the Czech Republic and other European countries.

You will prepare reports mainly with our local business team, but you may also prepare these for other countries or regional analysis for big retail players.

How does the selection process work?

We will manually review and personally read all CVs and other materials submitted.

This is followed by an introductory online interview with Vojta lasting approximately 30 minutes, with AI helping to take notes from the meeting.

An offline/online interview with Vojta, Jan (online), and Alex (offline), lasting 1 hour.

A second online interview – you will present your case study and meet part of the team. The interview will also include a mini SQL task.
