About The Role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to promote and sell Farmina hyper premium pet food to clients across Romania.

The role focuses on outbound and inbound phone sales, building long-term relationships with customers, and achieving monthly sales targets.

You will work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure excellent customer experience and consistent growth of Farmina products in the Romanian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact existing and potential clients by phone (pet shops, veterinary clinics, breeders, and/or end customers)
  • Present and promote Farmina programs, products, benefits, and promotions
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable pet food solutions
  • Negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery terms within company guidelines
  • Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in CRM
  • Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments when required
  • Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints professionally
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends in pet nutrition

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in telesales/call center/sales (minimum 1 year preferred)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs
  • Basic computer skills (CRM, email, Excel)
  • Romanian language – fluent (written and spoken)
  • English – basic to conversational
  • Passion for pets or experience in the pet industry is a strong advantage.
