Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Controlor Financiar, located in Bucharest, Romania. The Controlor Financiar will be responsible for monitoring the financial performance of the company, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and analyzing financial data. Daily tasks include budget management, financial forecasting, variance analysis, and supporting the finance team in financial decision-making processes.

Qualifications

  • Financial analysis and reporting, budget management, and financial forecasting skills
  • Experience in monitoring financial performance and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus
