What You Can Expect

  • You design system and software architectures in the automotive environment based on stakeholder and use case specific requirements.
  • Architecture definition, platform integration and Adaptive AUTOSAR technical leadership in the AD/ADAS context.
  • You act as the key contact for technical and architectural questions within agile project teams, bridging business requirements with technical feasibility.
  • You focus on defining and evolving system components, interfaces, and integration patterns to support long-term platform growth.
  • You collaborate closely with product management, enterprise architects, and development teams to ensure consistency from design through implementation.
  • You represent the architecture perspective within SAFe program management, actively contributing to PI planning sessions to identify dependencies, risks, and technical enablers.

What You Bring Along

  • 7+ years of professional experience as a system or software architect in the automotive sector.
  • Solid expertise in designing AUTOSAR Adaptive Systems, including APIs and middleware architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of POSIX (QNX), Vector DaVinci and EB Corbos tools.
  • C++ / Canoe
  • Strong passion for modern technology stacks, agile delivery models, and scalable system design.
  • Familiarity with both SAFe and V-model.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written; German language is an advantage.

Nice to Have:
ISAQB-CPSA, TOGAF
