Vei face parte dintr-o echipă de Recruiteri prezentă la nivel național, care dezvoltă echipe de vânzări în domeniul tobacco și nu numai.

Descrierea postului:

  • Vei fi responsabil(ă) pentru procese de recrutare end-to-end pentru diferite posturi de vânzări și marketing (postare anunțuri, contactare și stabilire de interviuri online și față în față, profilare, caravane de recrutare în teren etc.);
  • Te vei deplasa periodic în regiunea alocată, pentru a identifica persoane potrivite pentru posturile deschise;
  • Vei fi responsabil de instruirea inițială a noilor angajați prin livrarea de sesiuni de onboarding și dezvoltare profesională (în colaborare cu echipa de project management);
  • Vei sprijini procesul de integrare a noilor recruți în echipele de vânzări, asigurându-te că aceștia înțeleg corect așteptările și procesele de lucru;
  • Vei implementa proiecte de retenție;
  • Vei raporta activitatea către coordonatorul echipei;
  • Te vei implica în stabilirea planurilor de recrutare.

Ce avem nevoie de la tine:

  • Experiență în recrutare de 3 - 5 ani, de preferat în domeniul vânzărilor B2C;
  • Experiența în Retail/Tobacco/HoReCa reprezintă un avantaj;
  • Experiență în livrarea de traininguri sau onboarding reprezintă un avantaj;
  • Disponibilitate de deplasare în județul unde locuiești;
  • Carnet de conducere categoria B;
  • Obișnuința de a lucra autonom și de a găsi soluții;
  • Foarte bune competențe de comunicare;
  • Confort în a lucra remote și pe teren;
  • Studii superioare.
