Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to clients, applicants, or customers in Romania.
  • Receive inbound calls and provide clear and accurate information.
  • Follow call scripts or guidelines provided.
  • Record call outcomes and update daily reports.
  • Assist with customer follow-up, confirmations, and basic inquiries.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

  • Must be based in Romania.
  • Fluent in Romanian (English is an added advantage).
  • Good verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to speak clearly and confidently on the phone.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to keep simple call records.
  • Must be respectful, patient, and organized.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call handling is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to 30.00RON per hour

Expected hours: 3 per week
