We are seeking an experienced 
Estimation Engineer
 to join our team and support tendering and cost estimation for major construction projects in Romania. The role can be performed 
remotely
 or 
on-site
, depending on candidate preference and project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for building projects, including 
    hospitals, educational, and public buildings
    .
  • Analyze tender documents (BoQs, drawings, specifications) and ensure accurate quantity take-offs.
  • Develop pricing models and budgets for construction works.
  • Evaluate subcontractor and supplier offers, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
  • Support bid submissions and provide clarifications during tender negotiations.
  • Collaborate with commercial, legal, and technical teams to finalize proposals.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 
    3 years of experience
     in estimation for construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and Romanian market pricing.
  • Excellent skills in MS Excel, estimation software, and digital take-off tools.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • English language.
