Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Developer - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The role is hybrid, based in Cluj-Napoca, allowing for some work-from-home flexibility. The Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Daily tasks include system customization, integration with other applications, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support and training to end-users. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and system analysis
  • Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research
  • Customer Service orientation to provide quality support and training
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central development and customization
  • Knowledge of Power Platform and Power BI is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
