Within "L&H operations" crew, you work as senior Scrum master on hELIOS product which is a strategic platform used globally by L&H markets to manage Life Individual business (Data exchange, bordereau management, medical UW, claims, individual retrocession). 



Your Role:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams in Agile practices
  • Support Product Owners with backlog management and prioritization
  • Foster collaboration across IT and Business in a distributed setup
  • Track delivery progress and drive continuous improvement


Responsibilities
Your Mission as Senior Scrum Master

You'll be the driving force behind Agile delivery, ensuring transparency, alignment, and team wellbeing across hELIOS squads. As a hands-on coach and facilitator, you'll empower teams to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and energize Scrum ceremonies
  • Coach teams on Agile principles and best practices
  • Remove blockers and streamline delivery
  • Support Product Owners with backlog clarity and prioritization
  • Foster ownership, accountability, and continuous learning
  • Track progress with Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.)
  • Align with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration (IT, QA, Business, Ops)
  • Ensure compliance and delivery governance
  • Champion Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
  • Drive process improvements and delivery excellence
Qualifications

You bring 7+ years of experience leading Agile delivery in complex environments, with a strong cross-functional mindset and a proven ability to navigate diverse business challenges.

Hard Skills

  • Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
  • Hands-on experience with Agile tools (Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence)
  • Strong understanding of tech and data landscapes to support transformation
  • Fluent in English

Soft Skills

  • Energy and drive to thrive in a multi-project, multicultural environment
  • Outstanding facilitation skills to build highly engaged teams
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders with credibility and confidence
  • Collaborative spirit and leadership mindset

Education & Certifications

  • Certified Scrum Master / Agile Coach (CSM, PSM, SAFe)
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, engineering or equivalent experience
