How you will create an impact :

  • Implementing and monitoring OHS legislation across the entire company

  • Identifying and assessing occupational risks in workspaces (especially in production areas)

  • Creating, updating, and implementing the Prevention and Protection Plan

  • Organizing and delivering OHS training sessions (at hiring, periodically, when changing workplace)

  • Monitoring the correct use of personal and collective protective equipment

  • Supervising the proper marking of hazardous areas and warning signage

  • Investigating workplace incidents/accidents, drafting the required reports, and proposing corrective measures

  • Participating in internal investigations, OHS audits (internal and external), emergency simulations, and evacuation drills

  • Preparing and maintaining required documentation: training logs, training records, reports, risk assessments, etc.

  • Submitting documentation to the relevant authorities (e.g., Labor Inspectorate) in accordance with legal requirements

  • Monitoring compliance with relevant ISO standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001)

  • Proposing and implementing solutions to improve working conditions and safety levels

  • Actively participating in continuous improvement (Kaizen) projects related to OHS

What are we looking for :

  • Higher technical education or accredited courses in Occupational Health and Safety (mandatory according to legislation);

  • Certified as an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Inspector/Specialist in accordance with legal regulations;

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in an industrial or production environment;

  • Strong knowledge of OHS legislation and applicable ISO standards (especially ISO 45001; experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 is a plus);

  • Experience in:

    -Identifying and assessing occupational risks;

    -Investigating workplace accidents and implementing corrective measures;

    -Organizing and delivering OHS training sessions;

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills;

  • Oriented towards prevention, safety, and continuous improvement (Kaizen);

  • Good PC skills (MS Office);

  • Experience in high-risk industries (e.g., energy, electrical) is an advantage.
