We value work–life balance, offering flexible work arrangements, and wellbeing initiatives that help you thrive both personally and professionally.

Now, let's explore this exciting opportunity so that you can be part of our mission.

We are seeking a Cloud engineer to assist in the creation of our Engineering Platform. We need an engineer capable of designing and writing terraform modules to deploy resources on Azure. Deployed resources need to follow our deployment guidelines. Modules will be used by our product teams to deploy their applications, so they need to be easy to use and provide best practices and security by default.

Key duties and responsibilities [

  • Design and develop: Create Terraform modules with inputs, outputs, and sub-modules that are user-friendly and adhere to best practices.
  • Test and deploy: Conduct automated testing of modules by deploying test applications to ensure functionality and reliability.
  • Document processes: Prepare comprehensive documentation for Terraform modules and blueprints to facilitate their usage by product teams.
  • Blueprint creation: Build standardized application deployment blueprints based on Terraform modules for faster implementation.
  • Team support: Provide assistance and guidance to product teams in using blueprints and modules effectively.

Required experience & competencies

Professional Experience

  • Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and testing Terraform modules for deployment across cloud platforms, with a proven ability to create reusable, scalable, and secure modules.
  • Extensive experience working with Azure Cloud, including proficiency in SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS services. Advanced-level cloud certifications are highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with CI/CD pipelines, enabling seamless integration of Terraform scripts into modern DevOps workflows.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks to validate Terraform modules and deployments.
Professional fluency in English, including the ability to communicate effectively in technical documentation and team meetings. Additional proficiency in French is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in agile/scrum environments, with a focus on delivering quality solutions within expected timelines.

  • Adaptability to dynamic project requirements and an eagerness to continuously learn cutting-edge technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in troubleshooting and optimizing cloud deployments.
Additionally, the ability to work in an international context is essential. This includes adapting to diverse cultural norms, collaborating with global teams across time zones, and effectively communicating with stakeholders from various backgrounds. Proficiency in utilizing resources and strategies to navigate complex international projects ensures successful outcomes in a globalized industry.

Technical skills

  • Proficiency in using AI-assisted coding tools for efficient module creation while maintaining best practices in validation and optimization.
  • Deep understanding of cloud security principles, ensuring all deployed resources meet industry-standard security benchmarks.
  • Solid grasp of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) principles and hands-on experience with integrating IaC solutions within broader engineering ecosystems.
Ability to design blueprints based on Terraform modules for the rapid deployment of standardized applications.

Required Education

  • Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or a related analytical field; or equivalent experience.
