Descrierea jobului

Ce vei face:

  • Organizezi spațiile și secțiunile magazinului conform conceptului Action.
  • Gestionezi livrările, stocurile și logistica magazinului case se deschide.
  • Pui marfa pe raft, asigurând curățenia și buna organizare a magazinului.
  • Sprijini și oferi training pentru echipa magazinului nou pe durata amenajării. 

Ce oferim:

  • Salariu de bază începând de la 3300 RON net/lună (în funcție de experiența anterioară).
  • Cazare, transport și mese acoperite integral în timpul deplasărilor in limitele stabilite de companie.
  • Ore suplimentare, muncă de noapte sau weekend (când sunt solicitate), compensate conform legislației muncii.
  • 22 de zile de concediu de odihnă pe an.
  • 15% reducere de angajat la produsele din magazinele Action din țară.
  • Revizuire salarială anuală, pe baza performanței.
  • Contract pe durata nedeterminată cu perioadă de probă de 3 luni.
  • Oportunități de promovare internă într-o companie în expansiune accelerată.

Căutăm o persoană care:

  • Este adaptabilă, organizată și lucreaza bine in echipă.
  • Este entuziastă, atentă la detalii și învață rapid.
  • Experiența anterioară în retail (casier/lucrător comercial) sau în industria fast-food reprezintă un avantaj.
  • Deține permis de conducere categoria B valabil.
  • Locuiește în zona metropolitană București,Ilfov,Ploiesti,Targoviste,Pitesti și este disponibilă pentru deplasări frecvente.

Aspecte legate de deplasări:

  • Deplasări săptămânale (luni–vineri) în întreaga țară(punct plecare Bucuresti), în funcție de planurile de deschidere a magazinelor.
  • Carpooling cu vehiculele companiei, cu plecări ocazionale duminica seara sau în weekend.
  • Cazare, transport și mese acoperite integral în timpul deplasărilor, în limitele stabilite de companie.
