General Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Accounting entry of incoming and outgoing invoices.
• Accounting entry of bank statements and correspondence with banks.
• Control of documentation and data before accounting entry.
• Reconciles general and subsidiary bank accounts by gathering and balancing information.
• Corrects errors by posting adjusting journal entries.
• Preparing fixed asset depreciation and accruals.
• Accounting proper booking and filling.
• Secures financial information by completing database backups and keeping information confidential.
• Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures.
• Complying with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• More than 1 year working experience in the same or similar jobs.
• Degree from a university in Accounting or Finance.
• Good level in English language.
• Computer and database skills would be appreciated.
• Knowledge of SAP or any major ERP accounting Software would be considered as advantage.
