Dacă vrei să câștigi lunar intre 3500 si 5500 lei net și îti place să cunoști oameni noi cărora să le promovezi și vinzi produse, vino în echipa noastră de Sales Experts IQOS.

Ai oportunitatea să lucrezi part time (4 ore sau 6 ore/zi) sau full time (8 ore/zi).

Prima dată hai să-ți explicăm care vor fi responsabilitățile tale:

  • Identificarea de noi clienți și oportunități de vânzare a produselor și dispozitivelor dedicate consumului de tutun;
  • Crearea de experiențe unice, centrate pe nevoile particulare ale fiecărui client;
  • Vei avea un spatiu amenajat pentru brandul pe care il vei promova, care va fi amplasat după casele de marcat;
  • Vei fi responsabil/ă de promovarea dispozitivelor;
  • Realizarea targetului lunar de performanță;
  • Completarea zilnică a raportului de activitate.

Poate părea complicat, dar nu-ți face griji, iți vom oferi toate cunoștințele de care ai nevoie pentru a deveni un superstar al vânzărilor

Apoi, ce ne dorim de la tine:

  • Să ai o atitudine pozitivă și să te simți în confort să abordezi constant potențiali clienți;
  • Să-ți placă să asculți și să poti recunoaste ușor nevoile clienților;
  • Să ai o dorință de a învață tehnici de vânzare și comunicare;
  • Studii medii finalizate.

  • Cu salariul fix, bonurile de masă și bonusul de vânzări poți ajunge la peste 5000 lei net;
  • Traininguri și pregătire profesională în cadrul companiei;
  • Programul de lucru este flexibil, în funcție de nevoile tale și de traficul din magazin; 
  • Vei lucra 5 zile pe săptămâna, 4, 6 sau 8 ore/zi plus pauză de masă.
