Aufgaben:

  • Steuerung als Dispatcher für alle Anforderungen unserer internen Fachbereiche Netzwerk GH
  • 1ster Ansprechpartner für operative Themen mit den Schwerpunkten LAN und WLAN
  • 1st Level: Vorqualifizierung von Problemen oder Anforderungen, Bearbeiten von Standard-Changes/Anforderungen, Abstimmungen mit den Kunden
  • 2nd-Level: Fehleranalyse sowie die Behebung von auftretenden Netzwerkstörungen oder -problemen
  • Unterstützung bei der Konfiguration und Aktualisierung von LAN - (Extreme Networks, Cisco), und WLAN - (Cisco) in Verwaltung (Office Netzwerk) sowie der Lager- und Produktionsinfrastrukturen
  • Pflege und Erweiterung der Netzwerk Dokumentation
  • Zusammenarbeit und Koordination mit externen Dienstleistern, Elektriker etc.

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Informationstechnologie oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
  • Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige, konstruktive und methodische Arbeitsweise
  • gute Kenntnisse im Betrieb von Enterprise-Netzwerken, IT-Security-Komponenten und im Bereich TCP/IP
  • Team-, kunden- und serviceorientiertes Handeln
  • Eigenverantwortlichkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung
  • Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an Fort- und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen
