Candidatul potrivit este un profesionist dedicat si cu experienta in vanzari, preluand responsabilitatea pentru dezvoltarea și extinderea portofoliului de clienti în zona Transilvania.

Sunt necesare:

Studii superioare, finalizate cu diploma - licenta;

Limba engleza scris, vorbit nivel mediu;

Minim 3 ani experientă in vanzari;

Excelente abilitati dе comunicare, prezentare, negociere, planificare, organizare, monitorizare;

Initiativa, atentie la detalii, capacitate dе rezolvare a problemelor;

Capacitate dе planificare, alocare resurse, implementare, organizare si coordonare a strategiei dе vanzari in vederea atingerii obiectivelor stabilite;

Abilitatea de a acumula si dezvolta competente și cunostinte specifice serviciilor arhivistice;

Capacitatea de a invata, intelege si cunoaste toată gama de servicii oferite de companie;

Capacitatea de a lucra bine sub presiune, oferind rezultate pana la termenele propuse;

Este capabil sa demonstreze in mod constant urmatoarele comportamente: orientat spre rezultate, determinat, motivat, pozitiv si increzator, energic, tenace, receptiv la tehnologie, organizat;

Cunostinte dе utilizare a calculatorului (MS Office, Excel nivel avansat);

Permis dе conducere categoria B;

Disponibilitate pentru deplasari.

Descrierea pozitiei:

Plаnificа si monitorizeаza indeplinirеа obiectivelor;

Stabileste obiectivele si planul de actiune pentru dezvoltarea portofoliului de clienti in functie de strategia companiei;

Prospectare activa continua pentru cresterea portofoliului de clienti

Analizeaza lunar gradul de indeplinire a planului de vanzari si ia masuri corective atunci cand e cazul;

Analizeaza fiecare proiect si intocmeste oferta comerciala urmarind indicatorii de profitabilitate;
