• You will keep evidence and handle the preparation of childcare subsidies
• You will process different Employee certificates and non-cash taxes/benefits in kind
• You will be maintaining accurate records of payroll transactions
• You will perform regular reports or based on special requests
• You will respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll specific information
• You will support with payroll accounting, checklist and validation of data

Qualifications QualificationsQualifications

• Expertise in HR payroll processes for minimum 2 years.
• Flexibility and the ability to work both, independently and in a team
• Structured working methodologies with high affinity for data
• Confident user of multiple payroll systems
• Excel intermediate level
• Evaluation skills and analytical thinking
• Passion for working with different HR systems and digitalisation of processes, as well as a proactive, hands-on mentality to contribute to different implementation initiatives.
• Degree with a focus on HR, Economics or similar studies

Things to know before departure:

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited
• Line of work: Consulting
• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken German (B2-C1) & English
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
• Other: a valid work permit
