Salariul de incadrare pentru rolul de Sr People Analytics & Compensations Specialist (perioada determinata) este in intervalul de 10000 lei brut si 13000 lei brut, in functie de experienta profesionala si gradul de potrivire cu cerintele rolului.

Despre job
  • Analizezi si interpretezi date HR pentru rapoarte, dashboard-uri si recomandari strategice;
  • Gestionezi procesele de salarizare si beneficii, asigurand corectitudinea si conformitatea;
  • Propui si implementezi politici de compensatii si beneficii competitive;
  • Oferi suport in proiecte de analiza organizationala si in planificarea resurselor;
  • Participi la studii salariale desfasurate de furnizori diversi pentru a colecta date si informatii cu privire la piata fortei de munca.
Despre tine
  • Experienta relevanta in HR Analytics, Compensatii & Beneficii sau roluri similare (minimum 2 ani)
  • Cunostinte solide Excel sau alte instrumente de analiza date
  • Esti absolvent(a) de studii superioare, preferabil in domeniul economic/finanicar-bancar;
  • Intelegere a legislatiei muncii si a politicilor de salarizare
  • Abilitati analitice, atentie la detalii si orientare spre solutii
  • Comunicare clara, colaborare si proactivitate
