What you can expect

Are you passionate about improving business processes and delivering impactful solutions through Microsoft Dynamics 365? We're looking for a Dynamics Functional Consultant to join our team and take a key role in delivering end-to-end ERP projects.

What you'll do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand As-Is and To-Be processes
• Document work processes and business requirements
• Identify improvement opportunities, set priorities, and manage expectations
• Ensure delivery of high-quality results (development, configuration, integrations)
• Lead all project phases – from analysis to post-implementation (including Change Requests)
• Actively support UAT and Hypercare phases
• Deliver user training and workshops
• Perform additional tasks aligned with the role, as assigned by the manager

What makes you stand out

• 3+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform
• 2+ years of experience with Azure DevOps
• Strong experience in MSD customization
• Proven stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of CI/CD project lifecycle
• Bachelor's degree
• Proficient English (German is a plus)
• Microsoft certifications – nice to have
