Responsabilitati:

  • Contacteaza si dezvolta relatii cu clientii alocati conform procedurilor si standardelor interne ale companiei
  • Intocmeste comenzile pentru clienti, in concordanta cu conditiile comerciale negociate (discount, termen de plata, etc)
  • Rezolva reclamatiile si realizeaza retururile
  • Promoveaza produsele si serviciile comercializate de companie
  • Intocmeste rapoarte solicitate de catre superiori
  • Verifica bilunar raportul promo new si sesizeaza eventualele erori, corectii, catre dep. Analiza Clienti
  • Verifica si analizeaza, conform procedurilor in vigoare, fisierele trimise de Analistii DT cu comenzile neconforme, tinand cont de respectarea termenului de blocare a lunii, monitorizeaza restantele de produse din comenzile purtatoare de discount tranzit
  • Solicita catre producatori mailuri de (re)confirmare a discounturilor sustinute de catre acestia, pentru reatasarea mailurilor corecte in platforma special creata pentru astfel de comenzi

  • Persoana flexibila si adaptabila la situatii noi
  • Experienta pe un post similar minim un an- reprezinta un avantaj

Minime cunostinte si abilitati:

  • Studii superioare finalizate
  • Cunostinte excel- nivel mediu
  • Experienta in vanzari- minim 5 ani
