Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full project lifecycle for IT initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, system architects, cybersecurity, and business analysts.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, vendors, and leadership.
  • Oversee procurement and vendor management for IT services and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance, data protection, and security standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a contractor or consulting role.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business, engineering, or related field.
  • Applicable certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification) are a plus.
