Specialist constatare și evaluare daune RCA
cu experiență în domeniul asigurărilor, care să ne ajute să oferim clienților noștri soluții corecte, clare și rapide atunci când contează cel mai mult.

Responsabilități


Constatarea daunelor
– efectuezi inspecția vehiculelor/bunurilor avariate și identifici natura pagubelor;


Evaluarea prejudiciilor
– calculezi costurile reparațiilor folosind aplicații de specialitate (Audatex, Eurotax, DAT);


Întocmirea dosarului de daună
– completezi rapoarte, propuneri de despăgubire și te asiguri că toate documentele respectă normele ASF și procedurile interne;


Comunicarea cu părțile implicate
– explici clar procedura de despăgubire clienților și colaborezi cu service-uri, experți tehnici și autorități;


Respectarea normelor și eticii profesionale
– aplici legislația în vigoare și standardele ISF, menținând imparțialitatea și corectitudinea în fiecare caz.
