• Bring creative and innovative instructional strategies into the R&D community, that contribute to colleagues' effective and meaningful Learning Experiences and journeys;
• The position is non-technical, focusing on communication, organizational, and collaboration skills;
• Linking proven learning theories and instructional theories to shape learning content and delivery;
• Guidance for learning program development: Support of internal customers in the development of training courses by consulting on the training concept, selection of authoring tools;
• Quality Management and tracking and reporting;
• Change Agent: Ensures continuous and effective communication with all relevant stakeholders. Contributes to continuous global process improvement. Adapts process locally where applicable.

A mentor will support you to gradually take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.

You can be a perfect match to our team if you have:

• Ongoing University studies, preferably in areas of Educational Science, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Visual or Multimedia Design, Social Sciences or a related field in training development;
• English - medium/advanced level;
• Ability to work in international teams; 
• Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills; 
• Problem-solving skills, creative thinking, organizational skills and strong quality orientation, proactive attitude;
• Effective communication and building networks ability required.
