Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

  • Improving the operation of the equipment;
  • Ensuring rapid interventions for accidental repairs;
  • Responsible for repair and other maintenance activities;
  • Efficiently manages spare parts;
  • Motivates the team to achieve performance objectives;
  • Manages the activities to ensure the technical availability of the production equipment;
  • Ensures the necessary training for direct reports;
  • Organizes the workplace according to the principles of Lean Manufacturing and 5S.

Job Profile
Education:

  • University Degree – technical /electrical field

Experience:

  • 1-3 years

Competencies:

  • Technical knowledge (pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, mechanical);
  • Experience in maintenance in the area of plastic production/injection - is an advantage;
  • Experience in coordinating a team of maintenance technicians;
  • Organized, communicative, results-oriented person;
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Team coordination and organizational skills;
  • Driving License, Catg B, is a plus
